A Cleaning Fluid for Sub-Micron Particle Removal
Opteon™ SF05 specialty fluid is formulated to remove sub-micron particles from surfaces and solid substrates. It is used in a range of industries, including electronics, sensor and optic cleaning, 3D printing, and semiconductor cleaning.

Opteon™ SF05 is a sustainable, hydrofluoroolefin (HFO) specialty fluid that delicately cleans critical components. It has zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and low global warming potential (GWP). It is commonly used to clean precision parts including CMOS camera module, OIS (optical image stabilization), VCM (voice coil motor), optical sensors, electronic sensors, and to remove fingerprints from critical components.
